The legal basis for this treatment is our legitimate interest in investigating, defending and asserting legal claims and in fulfilling legal obligations. Archived documentation is saved up to 10 years after the assignment is completed.
We process contact information about you who are the contact person / employee of one of our suppliers or business partners. We do this to maintain the relationship with the supplier or business partner, which constitutes a legitimate interest. Personal data used for this purpose is stored as long as you are the contact person for the supplier or business partner and thereafter for a maximum of 1 year after the contractual relationship has ended.
